Thank you for renewing your engagement with us.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
You shouldn’t see much change as we transition to your new proposal:
STEP 1 – Approve your proposal and your Engagement Letter – already done!
STEP 2 – We’ll make sure that your invoicing is updated, and where you are already set up we will continue to collect payments via GoCardless. Please note if you are not already setup on GoCardless we will be contacting you to do so (or you can shortcut the process by setting up the mandate here).
STEP 3 – We’ll make a note of any additional services you have now signed up for (or any services that have been removed), and will get cracking on the changes needed.
STEP 4 – We will then provide any additional training where applicable.
