We’re an open, sociable group of accountants and professionals from various backgrounds, passionate about championing women-led buinesses.

We show ambitious business owners how to use their financial data to get quick wins in their business, and act as a sounding board when they need back up for big decisions.

OUR ORIGIN STORY

“We’ve kept our passion for helping women get the career support they’re missing”

“I started the firm in 2011 when I was on maternity leave from a big corporate job. I was worried about going back into the workplace into a full-on, stressful, long-hours job. I particularly wanted to support other women in a similar position who felt they couldn’t go back into their pre-maternity work, who might be considering setting up a business so their family could still function financially without too much of a compromise. We’ve kept that passion for helping women in business throughout, although we’re more general than just women on maternity – we help women across the board who feel underrepresented by the support out there. I’m really proud of what we’ve built.”

We’re flexible about how much time is spent in the office, and how hours are worked. We understand when kids are sick or there’s a sports day, and we try to flex around that.
