What is your account reference? This should be in the format of 'XX123'; i.e. two letters followed by 3 or more numbers. A member of the Admin team will be able to provide you with this if you do not already have it.

Anti Money Laundering

Please submit this form once for each person for whom you are submitting documents.

Name of Contact*

Name of the contact being identified in the documents.

Proof of ID*

Please provide a copy of your passport or photocard driving license.

Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, jpeg, Max. file size: 50 MB.

Proof of Address upload*

This should be either a gas, electric, water or council tax bill dated within the last 3 months. Alternatively you can provide a personal bank statement clearly showing the home address. If you have paperless billing then you should be able to download the documents from your online account.
