We’re so chuffed you decided to work with us. Thank you for all the introductory information you’ve already provided us about your goals, challenges and needs in the process of meeting you.

We’re looking forward to getting to know you better as we work together. First, we’ll need to go through some standard steps to onboard your business and begin the relationship. Getting these tasks sorted now means we can kick off successfully and get to the quick wins faster.

The first four things you need to do:

  1. Fill in our new client form on this page. This gives us the necessary business information we need to set you up as a new client. You’ll need the following numbers handy:

  2. We’ll provide you with a unique link to set-up your direct debit mandate. Once set up, payments will come out on your invoice due date. We usually invoice on the 1st of the month and have 14 day payment terms.
  3. Give us access to your Xero account – here’s a handy video to show you how.
  4. Look out for your anti money laundering (AML) stuff. We’ll send you an email with detailed instructions on how to provide us with the relevant information.
